i have lots of acne, i wanna get rid of 'em. I saw this advertisement on the internet of Chris Gibson's "clear acne in 3 days thing" book. I really wanna know, but the book's too expensive for me ($50)..So if anyone has read the book please please tell me what's inside, please help me..thanx alot for those who helping!

I used to have really bad acne but then I went to a Dermatoligist. Its really alot better now. I would strongly suggest seeing a Doctor, they'll know what exactly is right for your face.how can u lighten up your skin and like make it a little more light and clear! pleaseee tell me!?
Excellent answer by the first poster, I totally agree, I would also like to add that it also depends on age. It is something that every teenager has but disappears in adult-hood, if you have adult acne then consult your doctor.I hope that helps

I've tried just about every kind of acne medication out there. They all seem to work differently on different people. For some people, an oral cure ( a pill of some sort, like Accutane or an antibiotic) is what they need. Easy to take and works from the inside out. For others, they need a cream (such as Differin or ClindaMax) that they can put on the trouble spots. Sometimes a doc will recommend a combination of pill and cream. It all depends on your particular case of acne, and also your lifestyle. If you like to be outside a lot or are sexually active, that will also matter and affect what is the best treatment for you. (sounds wierd but true.)My biggest recommendation is to see a dermatologist. I know it might be expensive but if you can afford it or have insurance they can get you started on a treatment plan. If that is not an option, try Cetaphil cleanser. It is available at pretty much any retail store. A product with Benzoyl Peroxide will be a little more harsh than one with Salycilic Acid, but both of those are main acne-fighting ingredients in creams you find at the store.
Also, I have recently tried ProActiv, and so far it seems to be working. It is expensive though, but it's very easy. You sign up online and they ship you a new set every few weeks.

and believe it or not, acne can also be caused by sominthing thats really bothering you, or by deprssion.
try taking a thirty minuet walk everyday.(the exercise will help w/ any depresseion and the sunlight will help too)
