Some people do. Do you mean fanny as in backside, or fanny as in the female fanny? Either way both do when having sex, but not in everyone.
Men (and women) fart when having sex for various reasons (and again, not everyone), but if you're referring to the fart-like sound during intercourse, it is due to the angle, air pockets inside the woman, and the motion of the guy. Again, it doesn't happen to every female. Try different positions to see if it stops. Talk to your other about it if it's an issue. If it's just for information, its normal. Nothing weird. You'll also notice it mostly happens when the female is very dilated and wet. That plus angle / position, plus air pockets/pressure and the guy doing his thing.
