I went to a reflexologist who used some oils and some massage techniques on my feet; sorry but I don't remember the oil. I think it was primrose or melrose or something. I did hot compresses on my abdomen and regular treatments. After a period of 2 months, things got regular.

i'm not sure about a natural cure but birth control pills should make it run like clock work.
