I'm not losing any weight please help me?


I'm exercising and eating right but I'm not losing any weight. Sometimes I over-exercise. I exercise 4-5 times a week. Please will someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
I walk around my block at least 10 times a day its a big block. I also do ab exercises as well cause thats where all my weight is I want to lose.

What can cause bleeding gums besides gingivitis?

you need to shock your system because it's gotten use to your diet and work out. Try runing a bit or job instead of walking.. even if it's for half a block at a time

well I Have the same problem. Id like to lose ten pounds but its seems every time I increase my exercise activity my muscle mass increases. the weight wont go down but your health improves dramaticaly.

Here the thing if your like me you have to keep at it. results coime with time. Your lifestyle has to include sports. If it doesnt. well reducing the amount of food you take is ok but your health wont improve.

I know its hard. But keep at it and try having fun with it. join a team sport. Find a friend that want to exercise with you.

You can go to your GP and he will probably test your TSH levels. If these are abnormally high, you probably have hypothyroidism. Why did I lose more weight by eating more?

Well, it could be that your building muscle which weighs alot, but thats good. You say your eating right, maybe you should change your diet a bit to shock your system to get over this plateu. or maybe even what you consider right is not really, theres a lot of "bad" things hidden in right food, check what your eating. try drinking lots of water, thats wat i did & i lost 10 kilos. drink before you eat & after & hopefully that will work. but u have to keep at it.
