Never ,masturbation has nothing to do with your eyesight .It is just one of the masturbation myths .Masturbation is part of the growing process ,most begin in their adolescence.Conversly it even affords some health benefits esp. for people who are single .And u dont get any horrible diseases from someone ,in that view it one of the safest sexual practices .
