Body for Life?

My boyfriend and I are on the Body for Life program and we are heading into week 9. We definitely don't look like the people we have seen in the before and after photos - does anyone have any advice or explanations?

I disagree with the others. I have clients who have lost 50 pounds in 12 weeks. I mean 50 pounds is alot of weight. I think 50 pouns would make a great before and after picure. Don't let the others discourge you. I don't know about the body for life plan. If you are on a good nutrition plan with plenty of protein and fiber you will be amazed on what you can do. I have learned on my plan it works the best when you get the write amount of support.

Yes it gets allot of media hype and attention,its a scheme to get people to buy the supplements,it takes more then 12 weeks to get into shape for most people.And many of the people portrayed exercised way more then was told!Just keep going dont get discouraged you will get there eventually.

Are you following the eating plan and the exercise plan exactly as they say? Also, every body is different, some will lose faster than others. Don't get discouraged, it can be done.
