what could be wrong with me?
I have this burning feeling at the left part of chest and it spread to my legs, this usually comes after i notice a kind of feeling in my throat, the throat thing is not painful but if i stick my finger into my throat it smell badly like an abscess but its not painful, my mouth also give off a foul smell when i talk cos of the throat lesion, what could be wrong with me, i've been having these episodes for some years now, and it usually lasts for a few days and can be very painful, i mean the chest pain, usually i don't sleep at all thru the night, and in the last episode when i fell asleep at night i woke up struggling to breath, as if i stopped breathing and was dieing, i had to run outside to get fresh air.. plz tell me whats wrong with me, i am quite far from medical facilities

Hmm, sounds like it could be Acid Reflux. Like repeated heartburn, and now the stomach acid has burned your throat. Go see a doc, they might be able to help you.

Here is a quick test for you, take 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and put it in 4 ounces of water, if your not allergic or somehtig to salt, and drink it, if you have acid reflux it will help, if not - again Get to a Doctor
