Someone who is color blind,depending on the extent, is some one who either sees in black and white or sees faded colors or a different shade of that color or, more likely, sees incorrect colors. For example, to a friend of mine my red shirt appears yellow or sometimes orange or even blue. its very unfortunate.

Color Blindness is when a person lacks the ability to distinguish between colors in a normal fashion. Many men lack the ability to distinguish between red and green for example, and can get those colors confused. Full colorblindness, where a person can't see color at all is very rare, but does exist.

It is someone who can't tell the difference between certain colors (Red and Green i think). Both colors look the same to them, if they see a picture with one side red and one side green, it is only one color to them. It's actually pretty common.
