Hydrogen Peroxide as a laxative?

I heard that you can use diluted hydrogen peroxide as a laxative. Has this ever worked for anyone? How much did you take, and how much did you dilute it?

I have heard that bleach clears phlegm, but I'm not about to drink it.

hydrogen peroxide is a bleach,you wouldnt drink bleach would you.Do not drink it it will burn your throat and stomach and cause ulcers.If you are constipated eat some prunes or liqourice.
