I'm watching what I eat and exercising 5 times a week. I walk 2 miles in 30 min & do Windsor Pilates maximum burn video. I was doing tae bo but I have a slipped disc in my neck & it is too painful to do that.

So, at 2 pounds per week. There are 8 weeks in 2 months, that would be a maximum of 16 pounds of fat in 2 months.

You might be able to increase that weight loss to 24-26 pounds by shedding 8-10 pounds of water. However, do the water loss only for the event and start 3 days prior. You lose lots of minerals when you shed water, so drink an electrolyte immediately following the event. Keep in mind that you could become dehydrated during the event which might cause cramping or other problems. The dehydration might also prevent you from enjoying it as well. You should be able to search the bodybuilding web sites for exact details on what to take, what to do and how to go about losing water weight.

Keep in mind that bodybuilders and models use both fat loss and water loss to end up with the extremely lean look.
