natural? - caffiene, alcohol - those are the common ones. also high blood sugars in diabetes, but that's not really a good thing.

medical? - hydrochlorothiazide or dyazide (for blood pressure), furosemide (for swelling), spironolactone (for liver and heart failure), and metolazone (very strong). Those are common ones, but there are many more.
