Is Skipping a good method to increase the height?

Not that I've ever heard. Height is not something that you can personally change. It is something coded in your genetics. As annoying as it can be. if you are meant to be short, you'll be short (I'm only 5'1"), if you're meant to be tall, you'll be tall.
Be happy with who you are.

Install a bar above your bedroom door. Hang from it for a few seconds everytime you enter or exit.

No you actually get shorter,especially if you are heavy.
Because you hit the ground with a bump,and the heavier you are ,the harder the bump

get someone to tie your hands to a hook in the cieling,or something high up and then tie weights of 25 kilos to your feet .
this should stretch you if you do it regularly enough.

There are actually machines for this ,which you can find in some museams.it s called a rack.
