where can i buy unpasteurized dairy products in iowa or US?

My dad needs it for his gastrointestinal tract. They say the bacteria must be live as opposed to pasteurized or in pill form. He lives in a small community. Would like to know where in Iowa or the USA I could order it and ship it to him

I hear you. I don't know. In some states, there is an organic certification group, which certifies organic dairies, which sell nonpasteurized nonhomogenized milk. They actually are much cleaner and have lower bacterial counts in their milk than the regular commercial dairies. They have to, as they can't rely on pasteurization to save it from spoiling. It is a much better product for all of us. If nothing else, you could put an ad in the paper asking if anyone has it to sell. Or you could get a family cow and milk her by hand, or some milk goats.
