Listen up! Every person NEEDS 130 carbs per day for brain function, This is for you people that were dizzy when you were cuttinging carbs. Calories play a part but I never counted. Moderation is the key,,
I used High Grade Nutrition called MNS or Metablic nutrition system. Over 100 doctors put this together, I found out it filled up my nutritional gaps,,they also made another product called Catalyst which burns the fat to feed muscle. There are some other products out there but they don't support muscle during calorie restriction.
When you add all this up and use exercise you will have great results as I had lost 80 lbs and trimmed up good!
I know a guy that was 600 and lost 300, if you need proof? and you will, just ask. Edu-macate yourself! And the energy,, Oh my. Also look into a detox which I haven't seen any like this.

It is up to you where you get your energy.
You have choice 1 gr of sugar= 4 cal
1 gr of proteins= 4 cal
The difference is that proteins are needed for rebuilding dead cells and they keep you full longer.
Carbs are the quick energy and if you do not burn it your body will store it.
