Dont put a limit on the amount you eat.However you still want to watch what you eat.Just because you want to gain weight doesnt mean you should eat lots of stuff that is bad for you.the fact that you want to gain weight doesnt mean you shouldnt still try to keep yourself healthy.Continue eating healthily just double up on your portions.

funny enough people don't realize that weight gain can be a problem for many people. A friend of mine is currently doing the same thing. She has increased her food intake 5-6 400-500 cal meals a day, and started weight training. Try to eat a lot of whole foods and avoid processed as much as possible. You could easily gain weight by eating a bunch of junk food, but it's not healthy. Also you could try protein drinks 1-2 times a day.
