he said after a few minutes he felt like his chest was going to come out does that mean he has a clogged arterie the assistant did say his mechanical valve was sticking could that be the reason im worried please anyone that knows anything about this email me

Sometimes the fact that heart rate (pulse) rises so high, it gives the patient a feeling that the heart will jump out of the chest. I guess that is why it is called a stress test :) More investigations are needed to see if it is a clogged artery (such as a coronary angiogram), Stress test can be inconclusive (that is quite rare I think..), if the mechanical valve seems to be sticking then it's best to speak to cardiologist and find out what is going on.
