Body Mass and fat percentage compared to height. They just find people of different heights and body masses, determine who's healthy and set that as a goal.

take Pi times 5 divide it by omega, and then add 3.
Everyone's different. Unless you're fat. Then you're just fat.
This is something really cute someone told me years ago.you can judge for yourself.for a female starting at 5 feet tall, for every inch taller add 5 pounds to 100 lbs and that is your ideal weight. Example: 5 ft 3 inches=115 lbs and 5 ft 8 = 140 lbs.
there are graphs online. go check one out if you want to find out weight/height things. or check with a dr. if you want. or a medical book. :)
you have to calculate your BMI [body mass index]

It goes by frame size and height basically. Petite, medium, large and then the height. Those height charts at the doc office are not accurate. Take the average weight for the height which is set at medium build (of course male and female are different) and add ten lbs for a large and take away ten for a thin frame. Its pretty easy actually.
depends on your weight and height.

Ideal weights are determined NOT by any medical formula, but
by the insurance industry. Their formula is what ever weight costs less to insure.
