Do you know any diet recepies for a calorie based diet?

I would like to start a diet and I cannot find any diet recepies. I am thinking of a calorie based diet because that worked for me before, unlike the others. But I only know a limited number of dishes and I'd like to know more. They can be meat-based or vegetarian. Also, if you know any sites from where I can get free diet recepies without having to pay for a membership, please let me know. Thanks!

Is there a difference between an over the counter multi vitamin vs. a prescription for it?

That sounds complicated to me. I wish you luck. I want to tell you about myself I lost 35 pounds during the holidays last year. I still ate the food that I love. And I still eat the foods that I love. For most plans to work you need to make it simple. I hope these links help.

I have a couple ideas, I too notice counting my calories is the easiest healthiest way for me to eat. I found a couple links that were weight watcher based, The first one has lots of different ideas/recipes, the second tells you how to figure out your points (very simple) and the third is a list of foods and their point value. I did not think I would like this but it is counting calories and helps you to learn portion size etc. Hope this helps.
