Sadly, no - they just fade. Cocoa butter does nothing. Though I do know a girl who put vitamin E oil on her belly every night thru her pregnancy & has ZERO strech marks.

The best thing to do is use Vitamin E oil and let it do it's thing.otherwise let nature takes it course, and it will eventually fade out!
