Girls or boys? well doesn't matter does it? the styles were similar.. Girls wore a lot of eyeliner and blue eyeshadow. usually bubblegum pink lipstick. The hair was washed, blow dryed, then the hair was sprayed with usually Aqua Net hairspray (a/k/a Aqua Rock) while it was wrapped up in a curling iron. Then it was teased to stand as high as possible then sprayed all over again then patted down a bit on both sides of the crown to form a rough triangle. If it took a girl less then 45 minutes to acheive her look, she didn't do it right.
