It started in the 1940,s.When woman started to work out side the home .During the war.(wwII).While in the factories they became sweaty,and this helped keep them cooler.And also just as personal hygien.They also started shaving thier legs.I'm not saying women did'nt do some of these thing before ,But this was the times they were popular.

don't know.. but i think they should stop.. i've been alot of places around and i swear i've onle seen ladies shave in this country.. everbody else uses wax or creams.. atleast of you don't wax for one or two days its ok..you won't get .. ehhhh.. i don't know they just have to stop..
