2) Do the following at least once a week seriously:

Actually we are made to be healthy, so I figure you already have a strong body and a healthy body. So the important thing is to keep it that way.
First, look at your eating patterns. Make sure your diet, the foods you eat, are in moderation and include reasonable healthy items.
Second, look at your physical exercise patterns. Think of something you can do every day, as simple as go for a walk. As long as you do something physical every day, like walk, ride a bike, swim you will keep your body strong and healthy.
We have to accept the bodies we have inherited. The best way to have others notice us and like us is to be nice. There is something winning about a smile. So smile. Stay happy. Be nice.
