I lost over 30 pounds by eating just enough to get by with. You could try it. Or, my sister lost nearly 60 from a mixture of anorexia and bulimia. Whatever works for ya. For me, anorexia is easier than bulimia.

avoid diet pills and fad diets as they will only make things worse in the long run.

i work out, pull ups, push ups, squats, run on CI boardwalk. (iz wha i do)
grap an MP3 and go for a walk 20 minutes everyother day.
Eat good foods.
