It is much easier to lose 1kg of weight over a month than 1 day.
Write a plan of how much you want to lose, then split it all up and stick to it.

basicaly eat right, exercise daily, or get yourself a womens health magazine and read from there, i read mens fitness and i see results cuz of the stuff they show and write about
eat well and exercise, that's the best way and only way you'll keep it off.
