i tried many diet programs , ended with very weak muscles which doesn't allow me to do any exercise - help pls

because my muscles will not allow me even to do simple walking and should eat lots of carbohydrates for energy , i gained 40 pounds . i need help to slowly increase my exercise routine and the diets to follow to meet my energy needs. ( i have 3 kids , so needed to be very active all day ).

if i reduce my carbohydrate, i feel very cold and a lit bit of shivering . at that time when i eat carbohydrate , i will become normal . by this process i gained 40 pounds ( now iam 180 pounds). i wanted to shed 40 pounds and gain some lean muscles. i would greatly appreciate anybody help me out , because i am suffering with this for the past 1 year

For people with no medical issues, a healthy diet of whole grains, beans, fruits, and veges will provide energy and allow you to maintain a healthy weight. Sweets and junk food should be avoided. Dairy should be avoided. Meat should be consumed in moderation or not at all.
