You can make tinted lip gloss or lip balm from old ends of lipsticks combined with melted beeswax and oil. Melt down and combine. Wait to set. Eyeshadow are compacted powders..a little more complicated to make, you can play with kaolin or fullers earth (powders and clays), mica (colours in powder form) and beeswax (to set or thicken).
