your mucus membranes will be dry, pinch you skin and pull it up if it stays, tenting, a sign of dehydration, obviously thirst actually if you wait until you're thirsty you've waited too long. increased pulse rate and decreased blood pressure and orthostatic hypotension ( if you stand up too quickly you get dizzy) or capillary refill over 2 seconds ( pinch your fingernail to blanch it then count how long it takes to flush again should be under 2 seconds)
