You cant rid yourself of them by yourself..going to a doctor is a must in these cases..basically they need a stool sample to test to see what kind of parasite it is.there are many different types.then they can correctly prescribe medication to kill off the parasite.Not all parasites respond to the same drugs.usually its a drug you take for a few weeks.
