Try the a South Beach/ Adkins type diet. Cut out, natural sugar, and "whites".Bread,Rice, Pasta, flour. You can substitute all of those with Wheat products. I started doing that for my boyfriend about 8 months ago and he has lost 52 lbs, and is not starving. He also walks and works out his upper body.
