ok i know this sounds nuts but take a rolling pin that free spins and press and roll then do sit ups between the two you'll look good trust me i was 210 by the time i was 10 then by 14 114 now i'm struggling cuz i don't have will power might also try a little coral calcium as a supliment i've lost 17 pounds in a month cuz of it and cooking a little different

You can't get all the fat off your "tummy," or else you'd die.
Sit-ups make your stomach BIGGER, because they increase the muscle mass. They DON'T decrease fat.
Diet and cardio is the only way to reduce belly fat. Running is good, but I've been running 15+ miles a week for a year and I still haven't lost it all.
you can't get rid of fat by doing sit-ups and workouts, but you can "shrink" it. The only real way to get rid of fat is like a lipo or something.
if you want a six pack- 200 situps a day will do
if you want an eight pack- 400 situps a day will do

Just do crunches everyday about 50-100 and you will see results fast and also do your sides by twisting side to side you will start to see the results within a week
Doing crunches is great but you also have to do cardio. Cardio is what burns fat! Remember you have to expend more calories that you consume.
