What can I do for Strep Throat?

Question:
I can't go to the doctor.

Answers:
You can use warm water gargles and also throat spray helps with the pain. You want to be very careful about what you eat or drink in case your throat has open blisters. Depending on how bad your strep throat is, you know. You could also go to the health department if you have one where you are.

Other Answers:
Then you dont KNOW that you have strep throat without a test- you CAN go to a public health dept, and have the test and get an antibiotic, stop spreading the germs around and get it cured.

You need antibiotics, why can't you go to the doctor?

If you actually have strep throat, you HAVE TO go to the doctor and get antibiotics. Untreated, a strep infection can attack your heart valves and cause perminant damage. Trust me, my grandpa died in like his 40s from heart damage from a strep infection when he was a kid (before there were antibiotics). I don't know why you say you can't go to the doctor, but if it's that you don't have time, make time. If it's that you can't afford it, there are free clinics. If you walk into an ER it may take a while but they have to treat you even if you can't pay. With proper treatment, strep throat is no big deal but if you don't get proper treatment you could DIE from it.

Go to a free health clinic. Although 99% of strep infections should resolve. It is not impossible that it could cause life threatening complications. IT MIGHT NOT EVEN BE STREP!

first get an amoxxoclyn 250mgram to 500milgram, this is to get rid of the enfected area, and bacteria ,and the redness in your throat. then drink warm lemon juice, note drink it without sugar okey? and most of all lots, and lots of fluids, side effects? if not treated this connects to the heart, or coud pull a blood vessels to your body stystem; but the best ting is first get a doctors first openion.
