This isn't as healthy as you sound. But I ate saltine crackers and water for a week and lost over 10 pounds. It wasn't that bad, your tummy shrinks and you just don't get hungry. All together I have lost 20 pounds in less than 3 weeks. I don't exercise. But after the weight is off and I weigh what I would like to I will do alittle exercise. I believe that exercise and eating aren't for most b/c it makes you bulky. I have to lose and then tone my smaller size after the weight is gone.

What kind of exercise do you do? You should be doing about 20-30 minutes of cardio (anything that gets your heart racing) and you should also do weight lifting. If you gain one pound of muscle you burn about a hundred more calories a day just sitting around. Muscle burns fat. Also aim to eat more protein and calcium. Protein builds muscle and gives you energy and calcium helps burn fat (think yogert and milk).
