ok cut out carbs and caffeine they are not your friend. then exercise more than 45 mins a day if thats all you can do then you need to run for that long each day.. thats what i did and i lost three dress sizes in just over a month.
You may feel alittle dizzy in the begining but thats due to the lack of carbs.. but trust me after the first week the ks will just drop like they did with me.good luck let me know how you go.

Working out at least 45 min/dy will maintain your current weight. So you have to excercise more. Lift light weights first because that will help you burn more calories when you do cardiovascular next. Eat cereal for breakfast and yogurt for lunch. Snack on fruits and vegetables. Eat a sensible dinner. I lost 10 lb. without the excercise. Now I'm doing Windsor Pilates and it's working great!

you cant do this in a natural way, you would have to be on illegal drugs like growth hormones or steriods and you would have to be working out very hard, i say dont go into modeling without the right body its going to make you feel worse, go when your confident so you can crush the competition.

Basically if you burn more calories than you consume, you'll lose weight. So yes if you eat a lot then you need to exercise a lot more to lose weight.
Average people burn 500-600 calories per hour on treadmill ad moderate speed. So if you eat 1500 calories (one big mac combo :p) you'll need to walk 3 hours to prevent you from gaining any weight.
1 gram of fat can produce 9 calories, so a pound is equivalent to about 4000 calories. So if you want to lose 1 pound a day you have to burn 4000 calories or about 8 hours on treadmill. That's if you eat about the same as your BMR, that's about 1000 calories for average people.
So if you have 1000 calories diet, if you want to lose 20 pounds in a month, you need to burn about 2700 calories a day, that's about 5 hours or so on the treadmill or bike.
But in your case I think if you want to lose 20 pounds, it won't be just fat because you're already thin (If you still at 105 pounds now, if I'm not mistaken), so you'll lose some muscle too.
