It is a pity you can't exercise the muscle that sits snuggly between your ears!

Thats what is suppose to happen! It means you worked them to exaustion! That is the best way to tell!

Take aspirin. Consume liquids, esp water and something like Gatorade. You probably need to replenish salt and potassium. Take hot baths or showers.

If it feels like a pulled muscle, don't try to tough it out.
It will probably feel worse the day AFTER the exercise. Sorry about that. Do not do the same exercises every day. Especially those exercises that are now making you hurt.
Ramp up next time.

rest and try to stretch

Find a nice person to give you a body massage.

Just try to rest them and stretch every now and then.

This is all due to a secretion of a certain body acid to help the exercised muscles return back to normal, all you can do is weight for the body to heal itself, but this is all part of exercising and is supposed to happen if you have not exercised in a long time. Soon, if you keep up this regime, it will pas and exercising will become fun.enjoy!

This is what happens when you do not go by the gradual progressive overload principle, i suspect you did not do a cool down either hee heee haaaaaa.

So i guess you have to suffer for the next five days LOL hAAAAA

This is not a joke.go to a place that sells farm type supplies. get some absorbine veterinary liniment gel topical analgesic. This stuff is awesome. I've recommended it to several people and they love it to.from old to young.
