If you have workout videos you can always do a video. Take a walk or run depending on your fitness level. If you'd much rather stay indoors you can always do some yoga or pilates. Depending on whether you have cable or satellite they have preset workouts that you can choose from your menu that are good, you could choose from all sorts of things. If all else fails you could always clean house, vacuuming burns calories!

u can take a run or walk around the neighborhood or rent a pilates tape
I put in my favorite CD and crank up the radio and DANCE! It's a great cardio workout, espeically if you can dance for an hour or so! Try some high energy tecno music .. Something that's funky and makes you want to dance and move your body. It's fun!
Try pilates, they are killer, and you'll see what I mean after you're done. Head to your local video rental store if you aren't sure how to perform them. If that's not your thing, well.the world is yours, and there is a life outside of the gym. Have a good one!
