Am I too thin?

I'm a 16-year-old Asian female, 5'2 1/2, weighing 92 lbs. I want to lose weight though since it seems like all the fat goes to my stomach. After eating (a lot), I look like I'm pregnant. T___T;;

No, you are just right for your height and age. Don't lose any weight. Everyone's stomach sticks out right after they eat, I hate that feeling. The only way to control it is to eat smaller portions at a time. If you are concerned about fat on your stomach, do crunches.

You don't need to lose weight. You need to do some sit-ups or crunches. Nice bodies aren't free, and they aren't regulated by diet. Excercise gives muscle tone which is what makes an attractive body.

Yes, you need to gain 9 pounds to be in the average range. A tip might be to work out, muscle mass weighs more than fat mass and it will keep you in the right range without having a bloated stomach.

Sweetheart, I would not suggest that you lose any more weight. Just do some partial sit-ups and other tummy exercises and eat healthy. You will lose so much muscle that you will be really ill. Not eating is not the answer. Eating right and the right amounts will do much better and help you stay healthy. A tummy is better that dying from anorexia. God Bless.

im an asian female as well, im 5'4 and athletic, my minimium healthy weight is 111, so you definitely need to eat and just do sit-ups!

Eat healthy. Workout a little and enjoy life..
