What is the best natural way to get rid of monthly premenstrual cramps?

Question:
My chiropractor said he can release all of the pain in one adjustment but I have not been able to get to him in time. Has any woman out there used chiropratic care to do this- What exactly does the chiropractor do differently than a normal adjustment to relieve the paine?

Answers:
Whenit come to using a chiropractor ofr relief of any type of "normal" medical problems its the best way because your not putting drugs into your body to do so. When a chiropractor gives you an adjustment they are releasing pressure form the nerves that run through your spine which help relieve pain through out your body not just in your spinal area, so thats why when you get an adjustment it will relieve the pain of menstrual cramps.

Other Answers:
you could take a warm bath or take menstrual relief pills or tylenol

I find that working out regularly at the gym helps to alleviate menstrual cramps, ecspecially one week prior to my cycle.

Acupuncture is very effective in treating any type of menstrual disorders.
