yes.

Ahh - the intellectual crowd finally asks a question. WHOOPEE! Son, go get another Mountian Dew and chill with your downloaded porn.

I heard they have 'yellow' ones.

I have been to China three times in the last year and I was able to travel all over the country. Some areas in China are badly polluted just like in some areas in the United States pollution exist. Some areas in China my boogers were whiter then they were here in the United States. So your question should have been are boogers black in polluted areas? You did not have to say China!

Me!

still I want to be in china to visit

why do you ask?
or you asian?
my answer is no.i don't think so.unless it is a really polluted area!!

Sometimes when I would ride my bike through downtown Atlanta I would get them (and Atlanta enjoys may blue-sky days).

In China, I get them all the time, but China is a smoker's paradise. Its especially bad after an overnight train ride in a train where the "No Smoking" sign is happily ignored by 99% of the passengers. The larger cities, Shanghai, Beijing, were especially bad. China is developing quickly, and everywhere you turn there is construction, and with construction there is lots of dust and rubble getting in your nostrils. So yes, it happens.
