Answers:
Walking and sex worked for me. Unfortunately, sometimes you will stay at that point for a couple of weeks. Don't worry.it'll come.promise! :)

I think the most frustrating thing is to hear that you are dilated from your doctor. You get all excited, only to go back the next week and hear you are dilated to exactly the same spot as before. As long as your baby is doing fine, let it go. If your doctor feels the need to induce you b/c your blood pressure is high, or he thinks the baby needs to come out, then he/she will. Just keep in communication with them. It really is best to keep the baby in as long as is healthy for you and the baby. His/her lungs will have a chance to develop better, giving a much better chance for a healthy baby every day. It sounds like you have been having a rough time, but just think--you have made it this far, a couple more weeks won't be that bad.Just keep your appointments, and let your doctor know if you are concerned about lack of movement from the baby, or any other reasons. They can monitor the baby.

I know it probably feels like you have been pregnant for about ten years.but, amazingly, you will forget everything as soon as you see your baby. I promise.

p.s. make sure your doctor is informed! it really is important, and don't feel like you are bothering them, it is their job. The doctor has said everything looks good with the baby, right? Good luck!!

Having sex, nipple stimulation, and lots of walking are methods of speeding up labor that I have heard of.
