Is it normal for 1 boob to be much bigger than the other?

I have a friend who has to wear a bra made out of 2 different size cups. The left one is a C and the right one is a A. Is there anything she can do about it to make them the same size, or is she doomed to be a freak?

i am a c and a d. but a large c and a small d. so different isn't THAT weird, but i while i have heard of such large disparities, i have never actually met anyone.

It is normal for one to be bigger than the other, but it shouldn't be that noticeable.

Breast augmentation is certainly one idea. That could actually go either way now that I think about it. She could increase the A to C or she could take the C to A.
But then she would have really small boobs. If she goes breast augmentation, she should most likely make the A to C. Other than that, I cant think of any other ideas.
