Don't be of fatigue or loneliness, try to avoid that.

My experience is loneliness brings on depression and fatigue brings on good sleep and loss of depression. Fear is associated with a gun and bullets but fear can also be created after severe depression has not been treated. That kind of fear doesn't have any real reason like a gun threat and that kind of fear can be connected to different things by the lower brain.
