I want to study. But i cant concentrate?

Whenever i sit for studies i feel like dumping my books where no one would find them. I tried meditation, reki etc, but nothing works.

You seem to be a studious person. and i think u are bored .. i would suggest you to take a break . go on a holiday with your family and friends. if that's not possible or if it doesnt help.. the best thing u can do is to think positively and understand the importance of the entrance exams which will help you pursue your ambition to become an engineer. instead of hating studies or rather feel like throwing your books away. start enjoying them. and if there is any other problem thats disturbing u . share it with your close friends or your family.. u'll feel better.

Cram sessions are not the best way to study. I like to make myself something to eat and put it with my books. I study for ten minutes and take a bit or two, Then study for 15 miniutes and take another bit. And i do it until I finish my meal. The main thing is pace yourself.

Are you sure you really like the subjects, sounds like ,at least subconsciously ,you may not really be into what you're studying.There's nothing worse than feeling pressure,when you're not really with what you're doing? I'd say just get through it as best as you can, but when you get a break, think about if that's really what you want to do.

do one thing dost try to complete one chapter a day if u have time in ur hand or else take pills or go to any specialist who can help u out

Try making a time table for the day . Keep some time for recreational activities. Dont study the same subject for the whole day . Try not studying continiously . Study in 40 min sessions.Get proper sleep for of 8 hrs. Do the subjects which you dont like when you are fresh . Keep a positive approach towards studies.
