You can do stretching first that will be light on the "feet" part. Always but always play music and even try music that you don't normally listen to. Music of different sorts come in slow, medium and fast beats that depending on the day and how bad your feet hurt can help to set a slower or faster pace for you to get the most out of your daily workout.

When working out you can have a buddy workout with u or turn some music on and just dance that is a type of workout. Or you can turn the music on and exercise it gets you pumped.

You have two issues here; motivation and hurting feet. I don't know for sure on the feet thing aside from getting the best and most comfortable shoes that you can. I would advise joining a health club. Trying to work out at home and doing it for the rest of your life is bound to fail. Go to the nearest club directly from work. If you're single, the eye candy isn't bad either.

How about a workout where you don't need to be on your feet? Swimming or biking would be good. Pilates or yoga are also good options.
