Deb is right about the Multivitamin and the best multivitamin on the market is The Vitality Pack by Melaleuca. That plus their Florify and Provex will totally eliminate the problem. Or at least I have not found anyone that has tried this and not had success. I was not full blown IBS but I had colon issues. Now I can eat anything!

LOTS of fiber and whole grains.. i have ibs too. I take benefiber and i eat all the whole grains i can get my hands on. Also i noticed that taking a multi vitamin has helped too
