Answers:
Try to increase your physical activity during the day. With that, take a short 20 min nap during the day. I have read that insomnia is brought on my heavy unconscious thought brought on by stress. sleep is a kind of 'rewind' process in which our minds try to work this stress out in dreams. Also, warm cocoa made with whole milk will add base to your stomach acids, I think there is something with calcium that also aids in slumber.
