Even better, consult a local nutritionist. an appointment can be under $100 and you only have to go once. ask him or her how many calories should you eat per day and what sources you should get them from (dairy, meats, veggies, starch, etc.) even if you dont religiously follow it, it helps to have anindividualized guideline!
