Go to church, accept Christ as your personal savior, dedicate your life to God. That is the answer to the first part of your question, how to be good. The handsome part is a little more tricky. If you were not born with good looks it will take a small fortune to make you handsome (i.e. cosmetic surgery). But if you are living your life to serve God you should not worry about the handsome part. Vanity is one of the seven deadly sins. If people cannot accept you for who you are/what you look like then they are just shallow and closed minded.
