Help I have gained weight? How do I lose it before June?

Ever since I turned twenty two I have been gaining weight. I usually go to the gym, but I moved for a few months and have not been able to. How do I lose it especially in my butt and thighs? Also everyone tells me in your early twenties you start gaining weight. Is this true?

Well lets see..first of all you can do leg lifts. these are done by lieing on your side and lifting one leg up into the air repeatedly. when done, flip over and do other leg. it is true that when you start to get older you do gain more weight, it all depends on the person at what age though.
