Do 100 pushups every day. Can't do 100? Work up to it.
Do 100 situps every day.
Do wall sits for several minutes. Put your back against a wall and then sit down, like you're sitting in a chair, still with your back against the wall. Hold this position until you fall. Do this every day.
Do these things and you'll lose weight and gain muscle very quickly. Not easily, for they are hard, but quickly if you stick with it.
The best way to burn fat is to go outside and run. If you want to look more muscular try a lot of wide pull ups slowly to widen your shoulders and build your arms.
