How to prepare for a biathlon?


Question:
I am running a biathlon race every week, and want to know how to prepare, specifically what to eat and drink on the day of the biathlon to help me get better results (and dont say drugs.I am serious)

Answers:
One access bar 15 minutes before the race and every 2-2 1/2 hours after that. It will keep your muscles from getting sore and increase your arobic capacity. If you need more info contact me.

eat sumthin with protein the morning of the race, like eggs, with milk and if it is later in the day drink a lot of water and an energy bar.
